The Hioki IM3536 LCR Meter supports impedance and component testing from low frequencies to the MHz range.
Evaluate Components Under Relevant Conditions
Variable frequency and signal level allow capacitors, inductors and other components to be checked under conditions closer to their intended circuits. This is useful for electrolytic and ceramic capacitance measurements, inductor L/Q evaluation and investigation of frequency-dependent behaviour.
Low Impedance, DC Bias And Multiple Parameters
The IM3536 offers a low-impedance high-repeatability mode and a DC bias function. Measurement parameters include impedance, admittance, phase, equivalent series/parallel resistance, inductance, capacitance, Q and dissipation factor, together with DC resistance. Select the appropriate equivalent-circuit representation and excitation level for the component.
Production Testing And Automated Evaluation
Single-condition LCR and continuous testing modes support bench and production tasks. Comparator and BIN sorting, contact checking, open/short compensation and saved panels help implement repeatable tests. Interfaces support remote measurement and export, while the touchscreen provides direct setup and viewing.

Configuration And Selection Notes
The standard IM3536 measures up to 8 MHz. A special IM3536-01 variant has different limits. Probes and fixtures are sold separately, and accuracy and speed depend on frequency, impedance, signal level and selected settings.
